... what we have planned -
🎯 9.30am - Junior TEAM Leader Course
Our JUNIOR TEAM LEADER course is open to all 8th kup / kyu grade and above, aged 8yrs and over and will cover many key teaching elements from our instructor training program but in a mini simplified way! It includes communications skills, types of learners, being a good role model and more!
It is 1 1/2 hrs of slides, theory and principles of teaching but Master Swift will also be encouraging participants to actively get involved in teaching activities and challenges to engage creative thinking and inclusion for all!
For completing the course candidates will receive a junior team leader badge and certificate
🎯 12.00pm - VERVE Self-Defence Workshop
Join us for an hour of 'self-defence' training covering valuable conflict awareness & resolution techniques as well as of course some of the skills and drills that will hopefully help keep you a little safer on the streets!
👊🏻 open to all - you don't have to be a member of a VERVE martial arts school
🎯 1.30pm - LEVEL 1 & 2 VERVE instructor Development Course
(3hrs of speakers providing advice and guidance on a number of school growth and development topics including finding leads, converting them to students and keeping them for the long-term)
